License And Implementation Contact Center Solution
Snohomish County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a commercial off-the-shelf contact center solution, including licensing, implementation, and ongoing support services. The selected vendor will be responsible for configuring and deploying a system that supports inbound and outbound communications, integrates with existing infrastructure such as on-premises interactive voice response and Microsoft Teams, and enables efficient call routing, queue management, and user access controls. The project includes discovery, system design, configuration, single sign-on integration, and the creation of up to 200 user accounts for administrators, supervisors, and agents. Additionally, vendors must provide remote training and post-deployment optimization support. This initiative aims to enhance the County’s customer experience capabilities, replacing its current system and improving service delivery efficiency and scalability.
