WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The Makah Tribe owns and operates the potable water distribution system serving Neah Bay, Washington, which reaches roughly 660 connections, most of them residential. Much of the system was built in the early 1970s as a grid of asbestos cement (AC) mains. The Tribe is seeking a qualified consulting firm to carry out a non-destructive, non-invasive assessment of the condition and integrity of those mains and to deliver an existing condition report with an estimated remaining useful life (RUL) for the pipe.
