Citycounty Insurance Services (CIS), a public entity risk pool serving Oregon cities and counties, is seeking a qualified vendor to serve as the third-party administrator (TPA) for its self-insured medical health plans and to provide network access. CIS Benefits currently enrolls more than 13,000 active employees and retirees across 270-plus Member Employer public entities, covering approximately 19,000 dependents in medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage. The selected TPA will administer CIS's existing self-insured medical plan designs without deviation.
