Proposers must submit one (1) original hard-copy Proposal — organized in separately sealed packages marked 'FINANCIAL REPORT,' 'QUALIFICATION PROPOSAL,' and 'PRICING PROPOSAL,' each clearly identifying the project name, RFP number, and RFP response date on the outside — delivered in a sealed package to Stanislaus County GSA Purchasing Division, 1010 10th Street, Suite 5400, Modesto, CA 95354. One (1) electronic copy of the Qualification Proposal and Pricing Proposal must also be uploaded via the County's vendor portal (PlanetBids) at www.stancounty.com/purchasing/county-bids.shtm. The Financial Report is required in the original hard-copy submittal only and is not uploaded electronically. Proposals may not be delivered orally, by facsimile, or by other telecommunication or electronic means except as specified. Late proposals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
