WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The City of Garden Grove Public Works Department is seeking a qualified consulting team to perform a supplementary Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of its Municipal Yard. The City completed a citywide FCA in 2019 that included the yard, but projects and additions since then call for a more project-oriented report covering the whole site. Ten occupied structures of differing building types, roughly 56,000 square feet in total, will be assessed. They include a main office, warehouse, main shop building, tire barn, fire barn, animal control building, water services office, engineering and sanitation trailers, and two standby modular units.
