Non Medical Case Management Benefits Specialty Services
The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health, Division of HIV and STD Programs (DHSP), is seeking proposals from qualified community-based organizations to provide Non-Medical Case Management Benefits Specialty Services for individuals living with HIV in Los Angeles County. The purpose of this initiative is to support Ryan White Program-eligible clients by improving their access to public and private benefits and assisting them in navigating complex care and service systems. Contractors will help clients obtain benefits, entitlements, and supportive resources that are not funded through Ryan White Program services but are essential to maintaining continuity of care. The program is part of the broader national initiative Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America, which aims to reduce new HIV infections by 90 percent by 2030. Selected contractors will focus on improving retention in HIV care, supporting viral suppression, addressing health disparities, and improving overall health outcomes for vulnerable populations in Los Angeles County through trauma-informed and culturally responsive service delivery.
