Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the mandatory proposers' conference on September 3, 2026. I noticed that the September 9 amendment includes the conference recording and presentation materials. Could you please confirm whether reviewing these materials provides any opportunity to satisfy the conference participation requirement, or whether our firm is ineligible to submit a proposal?
