Older Americans Act Request for Proposals IIIC
The County of San Mateo Health – Aging and Disability Services Division, acting as the Area Agency on Aging, is soliciting proposals to deliver nutrition services under Title III-C of the Older Americans Act. This funding supports Congregate Nutrition (Title III-C1) and Home-Delivered Meals (Title III-C2) programs designed to improve the health, safety, and independence of older adults and eligible individuals with disabilities. Services must prioritize individuals with the greatest economic and social need, including low-income seniors, individuals with Limited English Proficiency, minority communities, and rural residents. Contractors will provide meal production, nutrition education, eligibility screening, wellness checks, food safety compliance, and required data reporting. The contract term is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030, subject to funding availability.
