Clackamas County is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-call ADA compliance and web accessibility services to ensure that all public-facing digital content meets accessibility standards. The scope includes remediation and conversion of existing documents, maps, drawings, and bid package materials into formats compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Version 2.1 Level AA. The selected consultant(s) will also support future document creation, ensuring accessibility from the outset. In addition, the project includes training County staff on ADA compliance requirements, document remediation techniques, and best practices for creating accessible content using tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Vendors may also provide ongoing consulting, troubleshooting, and support services. This is an on-call contract with multiple awards anticipated, allowing the County and affiliated agencies to request services as needed over the contract term.
