The City of Dublin is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call architectural services for a range of capital improvement program projects, including large public facilities and tenant improvements. The selected consultants will support the City on an as-needed basis over an initial three-year term, with possible extensions. Services include full architectural design, preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimating, field investigations, and support during bidding and construction phases. Consultants will also assist with project scheduling, attend public meetings, and provide technical expertise throughout project lifecycles. Work will be assigned through task orders and compensated on a time-and-materials basis. The City may select multiple firms and does not guarantee any minimum workload. The RFQ emphasizes responsiveness, technical quality, adherence to schedules and budgets, and prior experience with similar public sector projects.
