The City of Pasadena's Public Works Department, Engineering Division, is seeking qualified architectural firms to establish a pool of up to five on-call consultants providing architectural and related multidisciplinary professional services for City-owned or operated buildings and facilities. The pool will support municipal offices, public safety facilities, libraries, parks and recreation buildings, transit and maintenance facilities, and other public facilities, across rehabilitation, tenant improvement, modernization, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, accessibility improvement, and new construction projects. Many City facilities are designated historic resources, sit within historic districts, or are listed or eligible for the National Register, so historic preservation experience is relevant.
