The City of Newport Beach is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call comprehensive classification and compensation services under a proposed five-year contract. The selected consultant(s) will conduct classification studies, develop and update job descriptions, perform compensation benchmarking, and analyze internal equity. Services include identifying appropriate comparator agencies, conducting salary surveys, validating job matches, analyzing compensation data, and preparing draft and final reports with recommendations. The consultant will also assist with stakeholder meetings and policy manual updates as needed.
