The County of Yolo is soliciting qualifications from experienced consulting firms to provide on-call professional services across multiple environmental and geotechnical disciplines. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to establish a pool of pre-qualified consultants to support countywide projects on an as-needed basis. Services are divided into three categories: geotechnical services, environmental engineering services, and environmental planning and permitting services. These services include geological analysis, environmental compliance with federal and state regulations, permitting support, and engineering consultation for construction and infrastructure projects. The selected consultants will assist with tasks such as site investigations, environmental assessments, regulatory compliance, and design-related support. Contracts will be awarded for an initial three-year term with potential extensions. There is no guaranteed minimum workload, and assignments will be issued based on project-specific needs.
