The City of Dublin is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional on-call development review services for a variety of private land development projects. The selected consultant(s) will assist the City’s Public Works Department by performing engineering reviews and providing staff augmentation support for development applications, subdivision proposals, commercial developments, and permit applications. Responsibilities include reviewing parcel and tract maps, grading and improvement plans, building permit plans, and stormwater management requirements to ensure compliance with city, state, and regulatory standards. Consultants will also prepare technical memorandums, staff reports for City Council meetings, and agreements related to encroachments, stormwater maintenance, and subdivision improvements. Additional services include coordinating with city departments and external agencies, communicating with project applicants and design teams, and conducting field observations during construction and project closeout. Contracts will be established for an initial three-year term with options to extend for up to two additional years. Work will be issued on a task-order basis and compensated through negotiated time-and-materials agreements.
