On-Call Environmental Consultation
Clackamas County is seeking to establish contracts with qualified environmental consulting firms to provide on-call services for a variety of environmental and regulatory needs. The selected consultants will support the County on an as-needed basis by conducting site investigations, environmental assessments, and regulatory compliance activities. Services include wetland delineation, stream and floodplain analysis, stormwater treatment planning, fish salvage operations, and cultural resource evaluations. Consultants will also prepare technical reports, assist with permitting processes, and coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies. The contract is structured as an on-call agreement, allowing the County to request specific scopes of work, schedules, and cost estimates per project. The goal is to ensure timely, compliant, and technically sound environmental support for County infrastructure and land-use projects while minimizing permitting risks and delays.
