The City of Seattle, through Seattle Public Utilities, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consulting teams to provide on-call land surveying services to support infrastructure planning and improvement projects. Selected consultants will assist with a wide range of surveying activities supporting transportation and utility projects, including pedestrian, bicycle, transit, roadway, and infrastructure improvements. Services may include topographic and boundary surveys, right-of-way determinations, utility mapping, subsurface utility locating, LiDAR scanning, aerial photogrammetry, bathymetric surveys, legal descriptions, and survey mapping deliverables. Work will be issued through individual work assignments with varying scope, schedule, and budget as project needs arise. The City anticipates awarding contracts to multiple consultant teams to provide surveying expertise over an initial three-year period with potential extensions. These services will support planning, engineering, and construction initiatives undertaken by Seattle Public Utilities and other City departments.
