Humboldt County Public Works is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified and experienced consulting firms and individuals to provide on-call land surveying services in support of state- and federally funded roadway and bridge construction projects. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to establish a multi-year consultant services agreement that enables the County to quickly procure professional land surveying services as project needs arise. Anticipated services include boundary surveying, topographic surveying, right-of-way surveying, aerial base mapping, construction staking, and related project support services. The selected consultant will work under task orders issued for individual projects, each defining scope, schedule, and budget. This procurement is intended to ensure compliance with applicable California Department of Transportation requirements and federal regulations while addressing staffing limitations within the County. The agreement will support planning, design, and construction activities over an initial three-year term, with possible extensions of up to five years.
