The City of Murrieta is seeking qualified consultants to provide on-call market research and data analysis services to support its economic development and business recruitment initiatives. The selected firm will assist the City in identifying retail and development opportunities, conducting demographic and market analyses, and supporting recruitment strategies for retailers and developers. Services include preparing demographic profiles, consumer and gap analyses, geolocation and foot traffic analytics, and identifying redevelopment sites. The consultant will also develop marketing materials, feasibility packages, and online dashboards to support business attraction efforts. Additional responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, retail mapping, and ongoing recruitment coaching. This is an as-needed contract with an initial two-year term and optional extensions, aimed at helping the City secure competitive business opportunities and make data-driven economic development decisions.
