On-Call Organizational Development Services
The City of San Marcos is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call organizational development services to support municipal operations and workforce effectiveness. The scope includes leadership development, executive and team coaching, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding design, training and skill development, and strategic planning facilitation. Additional services include change management, team design, and meeting facilitation to enhance organizational performance. The City intends to establish a pool of pre-qualified consultants who can be engaged on an as-needed basis through task orders. Contracts may be awarded across multiple service categories, and no minimum work is guaranteed. The objective is to strengthen internal capacity, improve workforce productivity, and support organizational transformation initiatives aligned with the City’s operational goals. Services will be delivered over a multi-year term and tailored to evolving municipal needs.
