HOW TO SUBMIT
Submit one unbound original, four copies and one digital copy on a USB drive to the Purchasing Division, 707 W. Acequia Avenue, Visalia, CA 93291, in a sealed envelope marked 'RFP No. 26-27-20, On-Call Professional Land Surveyor Services, Engineering Development Services'. The proposed hourly fee schedule goes in a separate sealed cover, and on the USB drive in a separate folder marked 'fees', and is not included in the four copies. Include the required forms (Non-Collusion Affidavit, Workers' Compensation Insurance Certificate, ADA Compliance Certificate, Iran Contracting Act, Drug-Free Workplace Certification, Ownership Disclosure and Levine Act Statement) and sign and submit all addenda. Delivery by courier must arrive during Purchasing Division office hours (Monday through Thursday, closed Fridays). Emailed submittals are not accepted and a postmark is not evidence of delivery.
