WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

The City of Seattle's Finance and Administrative Services department, through its Capital Development division, is seeking to establish an on-call pool of two structural engineering firms to deliver Structural and Seismic/Disaster Engineering services. The division owns and maintains a large portfolio of City buildings, and there is a continuous need for facility assessments that keep those buildings safe and functional. The selected consultants will furnish technical expertise as needed during the planning, design, procurement and construction phases of Capital Development projects, and must be ready to perform immediately upon contract execution.
