On-Call Traffic And Transportation Engineering Services
The City of Pasco Public Works Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to provide on-call traffic and transportation engineering services for calendar years 2026 through 2028. The selected consultants will support the City on a task order basis, delivering professional engineering services related to traffic operations analysis, safety evaluations, traffic control device review and design, signal timing, signing and striping plans, multimodal transportation planning, and capital improvement project support. Additional services include preparation of technical memoranda, engineering studies, grant application assistance, cost estimating, and presentations to City Council or public stakeholders. The City anticipates selecting at least two firms with demonstrated experience providing municipal transportation engineering services in Washington State. Consultants must be capable of responding to urgent requests and coordinating closely with City staff to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations while supporting Pasco’s continued population growth and transportation system development.
