The County of Santa Cruz Department of Community Development and Infrastructure is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call professional traffic engineering services for roadways throughout the County. The selected consultants will conduct traffic studies, prepare designs for traffic improvements, perform traffic modeling, Level of Service analysis, signal timing, speed surveys, warrant analyses, peer reviews, and provide staff augmentation. The County anticipates awarding up to two three-year on-call contracts with task-based assignments to support transportation safety, infrastructure planning, and system performance on County-maintained roads.
