The City of Kirkland is seeking qualifications from professional firms to establish a roster of up to three on-call consultants to provide transportation planning and engineering services. These services will support capital improvement projects and planning initiatives on a task order basis, typically under $8,000 per assignment. The scope includes general transportation planning, multimodal planning and design, traffic engineering studies, and transportation engineering services. Tasks may involve travel demand analysis, corridor studies, cost-benefit analysis, design preparation plans, specifications and estimates, signal timing optimization, parking studies, conceptual roadway design, public outreach support, and development review assistance.
