Additional services may include corridor and area transportation studies, traffic operations analysis, signal timing recommendations, traffic calming evaluations, and multimodal mobility planning. Consultants may also assist with data collection, traffic counts, parking utilization studies, origin-destination analysis, and maintaining transportation datasets. Design support may include roadway and intersection layout concepts, signing and striping plans, accessibility improvements, and multimodal infrastructure concepts. The selected firms will also provide support for Capital Improvement Program (CIP) transportation projects, including feasibility evaluations, technical plan review, cost estimation, and grant documentation. The City intends to establish on-call agreements with one or more firms for a three-year term, with optional extensions.
