The utility operates potable and recycled water transmission and distribution pipelines, treatment facilities, reservoirs, pump stations, wells, and related facilities. Multiple firms may be selected; work is authorized by individual task orders based on project requirements, firm expertise, and availability, with no minimum amount of work guaranteed. Firms need not offer every category and must state which they are qualified for.
