The County of El Dorado is seeking proposals from qualified commercial banking institutions to provide comprehensive operational banking services for its Treasurer–Tax Collector Department. The selected bank will support the County’s daily financial operations, including deposits, disbursements, account reconciliation, electronic transactions, fraud prevention, lockbox services, wire transfers, ACH transactions, and online reporting. The County processes approximately $1.2 billion in annual cash deposits and intends to consolidate its operational banking services under a single institution for a five-year term.
