WHAT THEY WANT
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), through its Office of Community Health and Engagement, is issuing a Request for Grant Proposals to fund community organizations that conduct outreach to uninsured and underinsured Oregonians who may be eligible for the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and that provide direct enrollment assistance and health system navigation to anyone seeking help, regardless of their coverage eligibility. This is a funding solicitation rather than a vendor procurement: OHA is distributing grant money to partner organizations and no contract for services is being purchased.
