Outpatient Juvenile Sex Offense Treatment Programming Services
Clackamas County is seeking qualified organizations to provide outpatient Juvenile Sex Offense Treatment Programming services for adjudicated and non-adjudicated youth ages 10–20 who have engaged in sexually abusive behavior. Services will align with restorative justice principles promoting accountability, victim empowerment, and community safety. The provider will conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver individual, group, and family therapy using Master’s-level therapists certified by the Oregon Sex Offender Treatment Board. Services include evidence-based cognitive behavioral interventions, risk assessment, polygraph preparation, family engagement, culturally responsive services, and ongoing coordination with juvenile counselors. The five-year contract focuses on rehabilitation, skill-building, and community reintegration.
