Owner’s Engineer for Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Utility
The City of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking qualified firms to provide Owner’s Engineer services for the development of a new 50 megawatt electrical substation under its municipal utility. The selected consultant will act as an independent technical advisor, providing engineering oversight, design review, procurement support, construction monitoring, and commissioning assistance throughout the project lifecycle.
