The selected contractor will collect and process roadway condition data using automated visual assessment methods such as LiDAR, laser crack measurement systems, or AI-enabled imagery processing. The work includes identifying and rating pavement defects such as transverse cracking, longitudinal cracking, alligator cracking, and patch repairs or potholes at multiple severity levels. The collected data will be used to generate pavement condition scores and inform infrastructure maintenance planning. Services include data processing, quality assurance procedures, and submission of datasets compatible with the county's pavement management system.
