The City of Garden Grove is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call staffing support for plan review, inspection, code enforcement, and building and safety services. The selected consultants will assist the City’s Community Development Department, particularly the Building and Safety Division, in managing fluctuating workloads and specialized project demands. Services include reviewing construction plans, conducting field inspections, enforcing municipal codes, and supporting regulatory compliance efforts. The City requires certified professionals with experience in building codes, inspections, and enforcement practices, including International Code Council certifications and, preferably, Certified Access Specialist credentials.
