Problem Gambling Program and Policy Enhancement, Research and Evaluation Consulting Services
The State of Oregon, through the Oregon Health Authority’s Behavioral Health Division, is seeking a qualified consultant to provide research, evaluation, policy development, and strategic planning services to support the statewide Problem Gambling Services program. The selected contractor will supply specialized expertise to supplement agency capacity in analyzing program data, evaluating treatment outcomes, and guiding evidence-based policy and system improvements. Key activities include conducting literature reviews, designing and executing research initiatives, analyzing demographic and service utilization data, and preparing reports and publications related to gambling-related harms and treatment outcomes. The consultant will also support strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation activities to improve Oregon’s problem gambling service system.
