The City of Tustin is soliciting proposals from qualified certified public accountant firms to provide professional auditing services for the City’s financial statements. The engagement covers the audit of all City funds for three fiscal years beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, with options for two additional years. The selected firm will conduct audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, Government Auditing Standards, the Single Audit Act, and Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 200 (Uniform Guidance). Services include preparation of the City’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, performance of single audits if required, agreed-upon procedures, and regulatory communications.
