Professional Banking Services
The County of Marin, through its Department of Finance, is soliciting proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide comprehensive professional banking and treasury management services. The selected proposer will serve as the County’s primary banking partner, supporting centralized treasury operations, County departments, and multiple public depositors. Services include primary depository accounts, zero-balance and disbursement accounts, Automated Clearing House and wire transfers, merchant card processing, fraud prevention tools, balance and transaction reporting, account reconciliation, and secure system integration with the County’s enterprise resource planning system. The agreement is intended to modernize and strengthen the County’s banking environment, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance cybersecurity and fraud mitigation, and improve operational efficiency. The resulting contract will include a five-year initial term with options for two additional two-year renewals. The solicitation does not include custodial services for the County’s investment pool, which are managed separately.

Proposal Submission
Proposals must be submitted no later than March 27, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. PST.
