The City of Arcadia is seeking qualified firms to provide full architectural design services for improvements and reconfiguration of the Arcadia Public Works Services Department facility at 11800 Goldring Road. The facility was originally constructed in 1987 and occupies approximately five acres with roughly 22,900 square feet of office, warehouse and support space. As staffing levels and operational needs have evolved, the existing layout no longer serves the department efficiently, and the City wants to reconfigure the main office area, inventory warehouse and related support spaces to create additional office space, improve staff circulation, enhance coordination between divisions and make better use of the building.

HOW TO SUBMIT
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope identified as Proposal for 'Professional Design Services for Improvements and Reconfiguration of the Arcadia Public Works Services Department Facility'. Submit three copies, one marked 'Original' plus two copies, to City of Arcadia, Attn: Office of the City Clerk, 240 W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia, CA 91007. Firms mailing or shipping proposals must allow sufficient delivery time to ensure timely receipt; postmarks and submissions by fax or other electronic media are not accepted under any circumstances, and firms are solely responsible for ensuring proposals are received on time. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. A copy of the RFP may be obtained from the Public Works Services Department at 11800 Goldring Road, Arcadia, CA 91006, or by contacting publicworks@arcadiaca.gov or (626) 254-2720. All proposals remain binding for 90 days after the proposal due date.
