The facility was originally constructed in 1987 and occupies approximately five acres with roughly 22,900 square feet of office, warehouse and support space. As staffing levels and operational needs have evolved, the existing layout no longer serves the department efficiently, and the City wants to reconfigure the main office area, inventory warehouse and related support spaces to create additional office space, improve staff circulation, enhance coordination between divisions and make better use of the building.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope identified as Proposal for 'Professional Design Services for Improvements and Reconfiguration of the Arcadia Public Works Services Department Facility'. All proposals remain binding for 90 days after the proposal due date.
