HOW TO SUBMIT
Interested parties must submit five copies of their proposal plus one PDF file on a thumb drive to Robert Bias, City of Alhambra, Public Works Department, 111 South First Street, Alhambra, CA 91801. The total number of pages of the proposal must not exceed 25. The proposal must follow the specified format beginning with a cover letter emphasizing the strong points of the project team and the firm's experience; the cover letter must state that the submittal is valid for 120 days and must contain an acknowledgment of receipt of all amendments and addenda to the solicitation, followed by a table of contents. All inquiries and responses must be submitted via e-mail to Robert Bias at rbias@alhambraca.gov, writing 'FY 26/27 RMRA' in the subject line.
