The City of Kennewick is soliciting statements of qualifications from experienced consultants to provide on-call transportation engineering services on a task order basis. The selected consultant will support the City’s Public Works and Community Development departments by delivering a wide range of services including transportation impact analysis review, concurrency evaluations, traffic impact fee calculations, infrastructure planning, and transportation modeling. Additional responsibilities include providing technical guidance, legal support related to transportation matters, and assisting with ongoing and urgent traffic engineering needs. The contract is expected to span from 2026 through 2028, with a possible one-year extension.
