The selected consultant will review the existing 2016 master plan, assess system performance, and develop recommendations to address current and future water demands, regulatory requirements, and capital improvement needs. Key tasks include evaluating distribution systems, reservoirs, pump stations, groundwater utilization, and emergency interconnections, as well as identifying strategies to reduce water loss and improve operational efficiency. The consultant will also support planning for future development, sustainability, and resilience, including reducing reliance on imported water sources. Final deliverables include an updated water master plan, supporting models, and geospatial analysis to guide long-term infrastructure investment and system optimization.
