Program Consultant Services
The State of California, through the CalSavers Retirement Savings Board, is seeking a qualified consultant to provide technical and administrative advisory services for the CalSavers Retirement Savings Program. The selected contractor must be a registered municipal advisor with expertise in state-administered retirement savings programs and applicable federal regulations. Services include providing strategic guidance on industry trends, customer service benchmarks, pricing analysis, and program comparisons; advising on federal regulatory matters; evaluating vendor performance; assisting with procurement processes; and delivering fiduciary governance training to Board members. The consultant will support the Executive Director and Board through research, reporting, participation in meetings, and ongoing advisory services. The contract term is two years, with a one-year extension option, and total compensation is not to exceed $300,000.
