Pierce College is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide project management services in support of its major and minor capital improvement projects. The scope includes oversight of Fiscal Year 2023 through Fiscal Year 2025 major capital projects such as the Olympic South remodel and Job Order Contract projects for the Johnson Science Building, as well as furniture, fixtures, and equipment coordination. The selected vendor will also support minor capital projects through Fiscal Year 2027. Responsibilities include participating in project meetings, maintaining detailed project records, reviewing design and construction documents for accuracy, tracking and forecasting project costs, evaluating bid responses, assisting in contract award recommendations, reviewing contractor billings, and maintaining project documentation. Additional duties include schedule development, progress tracking, and ensuring proper project closeout. Vendors must demonstrate significant prior experience, including at least 15 years working on Pierce College projects.
