Public Private Partnerships for Grant Management
The City of Richmond is seeking qualified nonprofit, community-based, public, and private organizations to establish public-private partnerships supporting grant-funded programs and services. This Request for Qualifications aims to create a prequalified pool of organizations that can collaborate with the City on various grant opportunities from federal, state, local, and private funding sources. The selected partners will assist in developing and implementing initiatives across multiple service areas, including community development, workforce development, public space engagement, and economic support. The RFQ emphasizes advancing equity, addressing disparities in health, income, and education, and improving overall community outcomes. Organizations are expected to demonstrate experience, capacity, and innovative approaches to delivering impactful services, particularly for underrepresented communities. The City will utilize this pool on an as-needed basis to enhance program efficiency and maximize the impact of grant-funded initiatives.
