Pump Station Comprehensive Digital Modeling and Infrastructure Documentation Services
The County of Alameda is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive digital modeling and infrastructure documentation services for twenty-three existing stormwater lift stations. The project includes the development of detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, preparation of accurate as-built documentation through field verification, and creation of electrical schematics and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system documentation. The selected contractor will also digitize legacy records such as operation and maintenance manuals, drawings, and inspection reports into a structured, searchable format. Additionally, the contractor will develop an expansion-ready framework to support future upgrades and scalable infrastructure planning. The overall goal of this initiative is to modernize infrastructure documentation, improve operational efficiency, enhance asset management, and establish standardized design and documentation practices across the County’s stormwater systems. The contract term is three years, with an option to extend.
