The Proposed Staffing and Proposed Budget tabs for the two budget periods, some of the totals do not appear to be carrying over correctly into the corresponding Proposed Budget and Proposed Summary tabs. Because the instructions indicate that respondents should not modify formulas, links, or protected areas of the workbook, we wanted to confirm whether there are any known issues with the formulas in the template or whether there is something additional we should be entering in the green cells to ensure the calculations populate correctly. Would you please advise on the appropriate way to address any formula discrepancies while maintaining the integrity of the County-provided template?

To our knowledge, rapid rehousing typically works best for those who can self-resolve or remain stably housed after short-term assistance, rather than for participants with high vulnerability who may instead require long-term Permanent Supportive Housing. Will the County consider proposals that prioritize project-specific CES prioritization to maximize the efficient use and impact of these funds? For example, would projects that prioritize participants (either all or a percentage of those served) with low vulnerability/length of homelessness be eligible?
