WHAT THEY WANT
The Oregon Office of the State Treasurer, acting for the Oregon Investment Council, is seeking a single institutional real estate investment consultant to advise on the real estate portfolio of the Oregon Public Employees' Retirement Fund and other state investment funds, including the Common School Fund, the State Accident Insurance Fund and the Oregon Environmental Restoration Fund. Treasury wants a creative, non-conflicted adviser with hands-on real estate investment expertise, experience reporting to a public pension board with a portfolio of similar size, and senior staff available to support its five-person real estate investment team.
