WHAT THEY WANT
Deschutes County, Oregon is seeking an Oregon-licensed real estate office and its licensed brokers to serve as the County's broker of record, providing real estate services on an as-needed basis. The County owns property in Bend, La Pine, Redmond, Sisters and unincorporated areas, and from time to time sells and acquires property and leases space as landlord and as tenant. The County also acquires property by tax deed on a roughly annual basis and may list it for sale under ORS 312 and ORS 275. One contract will be awarded, running from about November 16, 2026 through October 31, 2028 with up to three one-year extensions at County discretion.
