Recovery Empowerment Advocacy Linkage Program Services
The Salish Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization is seeking proposals from qualified providers to deliver services under the Recovery Empowerment Advocacy Linkage Program in Clallam and Kitsap Counties, Washington. The program provides community-based outreach, engagement, and case management for individuals with substance use disorders or co-occurring behavioral health conditions who are at risk of arrest or frequent contact with first responders. Services include field-based engagement, screening and assessment, referrals, recovery coaching, and connections to treatment and support services.
