Pierce County is seeking qualified firms to provide Owner Advisor and Construction Administration services for two major capital projects: the renovation of the 2002 Jail and the development of a new Juvenile Justice and Detention Center. The selected consultant will support the County from pre-design through project closeout, offering expertise in alternative project delivery methods such as Design-Build and General Contractor/Construction Management. Responsibilities include advising on project delivery strategies, facilitating stakeholder engagement, conducting schedule and cost reviews, supporting procurement processes, and overseeing construction administration activities.
