WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The City of Imperial Beach, a coastal city of roughly 26,000 residents in San Diego County on the U.S.-Mexico border, is seeking a traffic engineering firm to provide as-needed services through its Public Works Department. The work supports the City's capital improvement projects, redevelopment and private land development applications, traffic and civil design needs, and public safety issues that periodically require traffic engineering expertise. The City manages nine traffic signals, and its two-year capital improvement budget is approximately $35 million.
