WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

The City of Dinuba is seeking Statements of Qualifications from architectural and engineering design firms to design its second fire station, to be built on City-owned property in the southwest part of the City. The City's updated Fire Master Plan identified the need for the station to strengthen emergency response and meet current and future service demands. The City has already prepared a space needs outline, preliminary site plan, floor plan and exterior elevations, and the selected firm will review, validate and advance that work through final design and construction documents.
